The purpose of this presentation is to discuss some real-life scenarios of administering estate planning documents. We will help you understand what can, and sometimes does, happen based on the Trust language, interpretation, and family dynamics.  We will also discuss some of the difficulties in administering Special Needs Trusts.  We will help you identify what can be misinterpreted and the consequences as seen in the last 20 years of administering Estates and Trusts.
