Lee S. McCullough, III graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting, a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) and a Juris Doctor (JD).
Lee is a fourth-generation attorney. After law school, he was trained by two of the best estate planning attorneys in Utah: his father, Lee S. McCullough, II, and his uncle, Craig F. McCullough. For the past seventeen years, Lee has taught estate planning as an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School. Lee is known for his ability to find simple solutions to complex problems and his ability to explain sophisticated topics in a way that anyone can understand.
Lee and his wife, Cheryl, live in Midway, Utah, and have five children. Lee loves canyoneering and is determined to explore every canyon in Utah with family and friends. He also enjoys tennis, playing the saxophone, water skiing, snow skiing, and snowboarding.
